Urban Decay Naked Palette 2

For christmas i was lucky enough to receive the Naked Palette 2
off my mum, and fair to say I love it!
I use it near enough everyday it contains such versatile colours, that are
so beautiful and extremley pigmented.

The palette comes in a really sturdy plastic case, so all your lovely
eyeshadows are protected just in case you drop the
palette (lets hope you dont). The palette contains 12 different
colours with a mixture of some matte colours and some glittery
ones. I know I going to get so much use out of this palette
as I dont wear any lip products due to the fact
that I unfortunatley wasn't gifted with very big lips, lets just say i dont have
much of a top lip ( you can probably notice it from the picture on
my first post)
The palette costs £36 which I believe is a reasonable price
working out at £3 pound an eyeshadow compared to £10 for one
from mac.
From left to right FOXY a yellowish beige with a matte finish, HALF BAKED a coppery- brown with a gold undertone, BOOTYCALL peachy-beige with a frost finish it has a
slight hint of glitter in it, its light and so would be perfect as a highlight colour.
Left to right again SNAKEBITE a beautiful dark bronze colour with a gold shimmer running
through it, TEASE is a mauve matter brown one of my
personal favourites to use all over the lid as an
everyday look and CHOPPER orangey- copper toned with flecks of gold shimmer.

3 glittery colours, perfect for a night out, these would be perfect use for me
as being Asian we have lots of weddings to go to, and dressing up in sairis means having to have flashy makeup to match. Left to right: VERVE silver with a  tinge of pink and glitter running through it all, then PISTOL the perfect colour for a smokey eye,a dark grey with a frost silver finish, a beautiful soft champagne-bronze with a frosted metallic undertone = SUSPECT.

The final 3 colours, these three are the darkest out of the palette, BLACKOUT a matte black, it is extremley pigmented and could be used as an eye liner and perfect for a smokey eye. BUSTED my favourite out of all the palette this colour
was the perfect winter colour with burgundy being the colour of the season BUSTED is burgundy-tinted, warm, with golden undertones. The final colour out of all the palette is YDK a rather unusual name, warm copery-brown and with gold glitter running.
The naked palette is the perfect palette containing matte and glittery colours, and being
a considerably could price you cant complain much about it!
It also comes with a brush and a dewy pink lipgloss so all in all
I would most certainly recommend this palette to anyone who is a beginner
and wants to get into experimenting with eyeshadows. Defintley a ***** star rating from me.

Well I guess I ought to introduce myself,
Im Sonya a 16 year old student; currently starting to study her A levels.
With the first batch of my oh so daunting first AS level exams out the way
I thought now is the perfect time to start a Blog. I have been contemplating starting a blog for a while now but it seems like the perfect thing to do especially when im
interested in beauty and fashion and thought having a blog would be the perfect
way to review some  beauty products and showing some fashion pieces.

( Please note this is'nt the most recent picture of myself
but there will soon be more for you to feast you eye's on )
